When you meet Kelly, Founder of FittCoaching, you’ll notice two things right away: her warm energy and her deep belief in the power of transformation. But what you may not see at first glance is that her journey to health, balance, and purpose wasn’t easy. It was personal, hard-won, and at times, messy. And it’s that very journey that inspired the creation of FittCoaching—a coaching team built by women, for women, committed to helping others find strength, confidence, and sustainable change.

Kelly's Personal Health and Fitness Journey

Kelly's health journey started in college and continued through her twenties, a season marked by constant pressure, perfectionism, and a toxic cycle with food and exercise. She spent years under-eating during the day, only to overeat at night. Exercise was never about joy—it was punishment. The more she tried to control her body, the more out of control she felt. Stress and overwhelm piled on, and so did the weight.

She reached a point where she realized: this isn’t working. What she needed wasn’t another diet, another intense workout, or another wave of guilt—it was a different mindset. A more holistic, sustainable approach.

Through coaching, support, and mindset work, Kelly began to rewrite the story she had around her body. She stopped trying to overhaul everything overnight and instead leaned into small, manageable habit changes. She learned how to move her body with purpose, eat with freedom, and live with more presence and self-compassion. That shift in mindset changed everything.

Today, Kelly feels stronger, healthier, and more at peace in her body than ever before—and she’s made it her mission to help other women experience that same freedom.

Kelly now embodies the FittCoaching philosophy in her everyday life—prioritizing strength, joy, and intentional movement, while embracing challenges as opportunities for growth and creativity.


Her fitness routine is just as dynamic as her lifestyle. She blends aerial arts training, lifting, Pilates, hiking, and exploration wherever she finds herself in the world. 


Kelly’s approach to nutrition is rooted in flexibility, nourishment, and sustainability—not restriction. Her philosophy emphasizes whole, nutrient-dense foods while still making room for joy and satisfaction. 


A globe trotter at heart, Kelly has a soft spot for tropical places and is a lover of sunshine and beach towns. These days, you’ll often find her unwinding with a sunset beach stroll alongside her pup, Henri (a familiar face on the FITT Instagram), after a fulfilling day of leading the FittCoaching team.


Kelly’s genuine optimism and encouraging spirit are at the heart of everything she does. She leads with warmth, encourages with joy, and truly believes in the power of women to rewrite their stories and step into their strongest, happiest selves.



How FittCoaching Came to Life

Kelly’s first steps into the fitness world were as a group fitness instructor and co-owner of a kickboxing studio in 2015. She loved it—not just the workouts, but the way women lit up when they felt strong and capable. But she noticed something: despite the energy of those classes, many women were still struggling behind the scenes. They didn’t just need a great workout—they needed help connecting the dots between fitness, nutrition, mindset, and everyday life.


That’s when FittCoaching was born. Starting with one-on-one clients in a local gym, Kelly began offering personalized coaching that addressed the full picture of women’s health. The results spoke for themselves: clients were transforming from the inside out.


Then came 2020. Like many others, Kelly had to pivot fast. When the world shut down, she moved her coaching business online—and something incredible happened. With virtual coaching, she wasn’t limited by geography. She could help more women, in more places, more flexibly. As her client base grew, she knew she couldn’t do it alone, so she began building a team of coaches who shared her heart for helping women live fully and confidently.


Serving the Military Community with Purpose


A pivotal moment in Kelly’s journey came when she and her family moved overseas. As a military spouse, she saw firsthand how the unique demands of that lifestyle—frequent moves, deployments, and shifting routines—impacted women’s ability to prioritize their health.


She knew the need was great—and she knew FittCoaching could meet it. She began training and expanding her coaching team to work specifically with women in the military community. FittCoaching became not just a place for transformation, but a support system—one that understands the challenges women face and equips them with the tools to thrive.
