Fitt Strategy Specialist

​

(Remote | 20–30 hrs/week | Commission-based | $50–70K USD/year)

Do you thrive in sales, love connecting with people, and want to be part of a team that’s changing lives every day? FittCoaching is looking for our next Strategy Specialist—someone who’s equal parts heart and hustle, and ready to help women transform their health and confidence.
 

 Job Details

  • Hours: 20–30 per week

  • Compensation: Commission-based ($50–70K/year)

  • Location: 100% Remote

  • Schedule: Flexible (must be available 6 days/week for calls)

What You’ll Do

As a Strategy Specialist, you’ll be the first touchpoint for our prospects, guiding them through a one-hour Zoom Strategy Session and enrolling them into our programs. You’ll:
​

  • Lead prospects through Strategy Sessions to turn them into thriving Fitt clients.

  • Educate prospects on our services with authority and care.

  • Take a minimum of 4 calls a day (each call is 60 minutes in length)

  • Track all call data, projections, and daily outcomes (EODs).

  • Maintain at least a 35% close rate each month.

  • Collaborate with our team to keep improving how we serve clients.
     

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who is:
 

  • Experienced in sales (1–2+ years; 1-call close experience preferred).

  • Skilled in building rapport and presenting on Zoom.

  • Comfortable with social media & Facebook for prospecting/connection.

  • Excellent at communication & organization.

  • Personally invested in health, fitness, and routines.

  • Hungry for growth, open to feedback, and able to manage their time independently.

Communication Cycle

  • Daily team communication via group chat.

  • Weekly sales meeting with Kelly.

  • Quarterly 1:1 check-in.

  • Ongoing collaboration with our VA team for smooth client transitions.
