Social Media Outreach Coordinator

Fully Remote | Part-Time (with growth potential) | Base Pay + Commission

FittCoaching is a women-focused online health and fitness coaching company dedicated to helping women—especially military spouses—create sustainable results through fitness, nutrition, and accountability. We’re growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, consistent Social Media Outreach Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

As a Social Media Outreach Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of connection for women interested in FittCoaching. Using our company social media accounts, you’ll start conversations, follow our proven messaging flow, and guide qualified prospects toward booking a call with our Strategy Specialist.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys conversation, understands consistency, and is excited by measurable performance goals.

Time Commitment: Must be able to work 20hrs/week between the hours of 9:00AM-2:00PM PST (Fridays and Saturdays required)

Responsibilities

Engage with potential clients through company social media platforms
Follow scripted conversations and messaging frameworks
Build rapport, qualify leads, and answer basic questions
Book sales calls directly onto our closers’ calendars
Maintain a professional, supportive, and on-brand presence

What Success Looks Like

Performance in this role is measured by:

Total quality calls booked
Total calls closed from the calls you’ve booked

Your work directly impacts how many women we’re able to support and serve.

What We’re Looking For

Strong written communication skills
Consistency and reliability (showing up daily matters here)
Comfort with repetitive tasks and “doing the boring work”
Coachable, open to feedback, and eager to improve
Experience with social media messaging or outreach is a plus (but not required—we train you!)
