Kelly

Founder | Strategy Specialist

Hi, I'm Kelly! I’m passionate about helping women build confidence, ditch the extremes, and truly thrive in their bodies—wherever life takes them.

I got my start in the fitness world back in 2013 as a coach and co-owner of a kickboxing studio. From the very beginning, I was hooked—not just on the workouts, but on helping women realize how strong, capable, and confident they could become. Over the years, I transitioned into on-site health, fitness, and fat loss coaching, working closely with women to create real, sustainable change.

Then COVID happened, and like so many others, I had to adapt. Taking my coaching online was a game-changer. Not only did it allow me to keep doing what I love, but it also opened the door to helping more women than ever before—no matter where they lived.

After my first overseas move as a military spouse, I felt the challenges that came with living in a new place, deployments, and constantly shifting routines. I know how easy it is to feel lost in the shuffle and put your own health on the back burner. That’s what inspired me to grow FittCoaching into something bigger—a supportive, expert-led coaching team that helps women navigate life’s chaos and still reach their goals.

Today, I'm proud to lead a community of women who are breaking through barriers, building strength, and creating lasting change. Outside of FittCoaching you can usually find me in the air doing aerial silks and rope, out hiking and exploring, or enjoying long beach walks with my pup, Henri.

I believe movement should feel good, food should be joyful, and that every woman deserves to feel strong, capable, and supported.

Maeve

Lead Strategy Specialist

Hi, I’m Maeve! I'm FittCoaching's lead Strategy Specialist, and my passion is helping women feel genuinely seen, heard, and empowered from the moment they step into a conversation with us.

I split my time between Maine, where I grew up, and Thailand, where I’ve lived with my husband for the past 10 years. Our rescue dog, Scrappy, keeps life interesting with his weird-but-adorable personality.

 

Movement has always been a big part of my life. I played competitive soccer and other sports for about 20 years before branching into yoga, dance, and flow arts. Over time, my curiosity led me to nutrition, breathwork, and somatic therapy — modalities that helped me heal, grow, and understand the deeper layers of health. 
 

In strategy sessions, my goal is to create a space where you feel supported, encouraged, and connected to your inner fire.

I love helping women realize that choosing to prioritize themselves is powerful and life-changing. If you walk away from our call feeling inspired, grounded, and excited about what’s possible for you, then I’ve done my job.

Julia

Coach

Hi, I’m Julia! I’m a nutrition and fitness coach who loves helping women build sustainable habits and feel strong from the inside out.

 

My own fitness journey began during the 2020 lockdowns when I was laid off from my job and started working out at home with almost no equipment. That season pushed me to learn everything I could about fitness, and it genuinely transformed my life.
 

What started as home workouts quickly became a passion, then a career. I earned my nutrition and personal training certifications and eventually began coaching women all around the world.

 

These days, I live in Costa Rica, where I surf, explore the outdoors, bake sourdough, and help women feel confident and capable in their bodies.

My coaching style is all about consistency, balance, and building habits that actually last. I’ll never push extreme diets or unrealistic routines. Instead, I’ll help you create a life that feels good, manageable, and aligned with your goals.

 

I want every woman I work with to feel empowered and excited about her journey — because sustainable change should feel supportive, not stressful.

Anna 

Coach

Hi, I’m Anna! I’m a nutrition and fitness coach who loves helping women rediscover their strength, confidence, and self-trust through joyful movement.

Before I ever found joy in movement, I spent much of my 20s navigating chronic pain, autoimmune conditions, and fibromyalgia. I was taking several medications and felt very disconnected from my body during those years. 

 

When I entered my 30s, I knew I needed a shift. I began to focus on nutrition and movement, eventually discovering Pilates, barre, and later aerial arts.

 

These forms of movement helped me realize that I wasn’t “broken” — I just needed to move in ways that supported and empowered my body. Bit by bit, I built strength, reduced my pain, ditched fad diets, and eventually stopped relying on most medications.
 

Now, from my home in Vietnam (which I share with my husband and four very spoiled cats), I help women — especially those in their 30s and 40s — learn how to move safely, rebuild confidence, and break free from the shame of diet culture. I believe movement should feel joyful, freeing, and fun. Above all, I want you to love yourself, love your body, and never be afraid to MOVE.

Grace

Coach

Hi, I’m Grace! I’m a nutrition and fitness coach who truly believes every woman is capable of so much more than she realizes.

 

I grew up in a small town in Wisconsin and spent most of my life as an athlete, but my relationship with health wasn’t always the way it is now. After leaving sports in college, I fell into diet culture and spent way too much time chasing “smaller” instead of chasing “stronger.”

While earning my degree in exercise and nutrition, everything changed for me. I slowly rebuilt my relationship with food and movement, learning how to fuel my body and move because it felt good — not because I felt like I had to. That journey inspired my coaching philosophy today.

Now, with six years of experience, I’m passionate about helping women break away from fear-based eating, embrace strength training, and finally feel confident in their bodies again. I’ll always be compassionate, but I’ll also help you stay accountable because I’m all in if you are. And through it all, I’ll be your biggest fan — cheering you on every step of the way.

Ash

Digital Design & Program Support

Hi, I’m Ash! I’ve spent the last 12 years in the fitness industry as a personal trainer, yogi, and aerialist, coaching everything from strength training and athletic conditioning to yoga and aerial acrobatics. Movement has always been a huge part of my life, and helping people feel strong, capable, and at home in their bodies has been at the center of everything I do.
 

I coached with FittCoaching for two years, and now my role focuses on supporting both our coaches and our clients. I help manage the systems, communication, troubleshooting, and behind-the-scenes processes that make our program run smoothly. Whether it’s helping coaches deliver their best work or making sure clients feel supported and cared for, I love being the person who helps everything (and everyone) stay connected.

I’m also a military spouse of 13 years and have lived all over the world. Right now, I’m based in Okinawa, Japan, where I spend my free time hiking, exploring the island, and hanging out with my three cats. Being a milso has given me a deep understanding of the unique challenges military families face, and it’s one of the many reasons I care so much about creating a space where women feel supported, grounded, and empowered to take care of themselves.
