If you ever need proof that small habits can change your entire life, just talk to Coach Julia.

Originally from Toronto, Canada, Julia’s story is one of resilience, growth, and chasing new horizons — literally. These days, you can find her living in sunny Costa Rica, balancing her time between coaching women around the world, surfing, baking sourdough, and soaking up life by the beach.
Julia has always been close with her family, even though they now live in different parts of the world. Her love for travel and exploration has taken her everywhere, and she’s happiest near the ocean with a cup of coffee in hand (which she admits she needs before she can even think about working out ☕).
From Lockdown Workouts to Global Coaching
Julia’s fitness journey started in 2020, right in the middle of the COVID lockdowns. At the time, she had just been laid off from her job as an interior design assistant and suddenly found herself with something rare — time.
Instead of letting that season hold her back, she decided to focus on herself. She hired an online coach, started working out from home with almost no equipment, and slowly began seeing progress. As friends and family started asking her for advice, something clicked: she loved helping others feel good in their own skin.
That spark led her down a brand-new path. Julia devoured every free course, YouTube video, and book she could find on fitness and nutrition, eventually earning both her nutrition and personal training certifications.
Today, nearly four years later, she’s built a life doing what she loves most — helping women around the world feel strong, confident, and capable through sustainable fitness and nutrition habits.
“Lasting results come from building healthy, sustainable habits — not quick fixes.”
Coaching With Empathy and Empowerment
Julia describes her coaching style as empathetic, empowering, and no-nonsense. She believes that fitness shouldn’t feel like punishment or restriction — it should fit your lifestyle, not take it over.

Her specialty is strength training, especially glutes and hamstrings, but what really sets her apart is her focus on helping women create balance. Whether it’s making time for movement, learning to fuel your body, or finally breaking free from the all-or-nothing mindset, Julia’s approach is about progress, not perfection.
Her biggest lesson from her own journey? That even when life feels limited — like it did during lockdown — consistency, creativity, and small daily habits can create powerful change.
