Before Coaching: Full Schedule, No Time for Herself
When Devon joined FittCoaching, her days were already packed. She stayed home with her kids and took on most of the household responsibilities. Between caring for everyone else and managing the day-to-day, finding time for workouts—especially lifting—felt impossible.
Like so many women, she wanted change but couldn’t see how to fit it in without adding more stress.
