These overnight oats taste like dessert but fuel you like a balanced breakfast. With warm gingerbread spices and over 30 grams of protein, this recipe keeps holiday mornings simple, satisfying, and cozy. Make a few jars at once and you’ll have grab-and-go breakfasts ready no matter what your schedule looks like.

Servings: 1
Time: 5 minutes + overnight chill
Ingredients
½ cup rolled oats
½ cup milk of choice
¼ cup Greek yogurt
1 scoop vanilla or cinnamon protein powder
1 tsp molasses
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp ginger
Pinch of nutmeg
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a jar.
Stir well.
Refrigerate overnight.

Notes
If you want it sweeter, add a tiny bit of maple syrup or stevia.
