Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats

  • ½ cup milk of choice

  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt

  • 1 scoop vanilla or cinnamon protein powder

  • 1 tsp molasses

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp ginger

  • Pinch of nutmeg


Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a jar.

  2. Stir well.

  3. Refrigerate overnight.
