Fitt Protein Pumpkin Pie Bars

If you love pumpkin pie but want something lighter, higher in protein, and easier to grab throughout the week, these bars are your new holiday go-to. They have all the warm spices and creamy texture of the classic dessert, just without the sugar crash or heavy feeling afterward. Perfect for snacks, breakfast, or bringing to a holiday gathering.

Time: 35 minutes
Ingredients
1 cup pumpkin purée
1 cup Greek yogurt
2 eggs
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
¼ cup maple syrup (or honey)
1 tsp pumpkin spice
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
Pour into a greased 8×8 baking dish.
Bake for 25–30 min or until set in the center.
Cool fully before slicing.

Notes
Top with a little whipped cream or Greek yogurt for extra protein.
